The acceptable excess liability form offers excess coverage over your client's primary scheduled General Liability, Marine Operators Legal Liability and Protection & Indemnity exposures, subject to policy exclusions.

The traditional umbrella coverage is written over primary liability policies. The umbrella goes into effect when the underlying liability policy limits are exhausted and provides protection against some of the claims not covered.

The Bumbershoot form is excess coverage over your client's primary scheduled General Liability, Marine Operators Legal Liability and Protection & Indemnity exposures and also excess over any other unscheduled marine exposures , subject to policy exclusions.
